From The Archives: Nightclub Jitters
This cover of The Replacements' classic "Nightclub Jitters" is not technically Snap Infraction but it's close enough personnel-wise.
Back in 1999/2000, I was in a band called LemonLime with my brother (among others). Our label was putting together a Replacements tribute CD, so we chose "Nightclub Jitters." For whatever reason, we never made it on the CD (I think I forgot to send in our track in time), so here it is.
Steve - vox, piano, guitar, drums, fingersnaps
Bob - bass, fingersnaps
Tony - engineering and mixing
Many years later I met Paul Westerberg. I forgot to give him a copy of this track, but did manage a photo.

Saturday Night Session
We had another session last Saturday night, some of which you can see below. If we ever finish this album, we're sure to have enough footage for a documentary. We already have a title:
"No Money, No Time, No Talent - The Making of Snap Infraction"
Session: 01.28.12 from snap infraction on Vimeo.
15 Years Worth
Today we cut drum tracks for the oldest and newest Snap Infraction songs. The first track was "The Historian", which was written all of 8 days ago. As I mention in the video below, today marks the 2nd time we've recorded the song, except for me it was actually the 3rd time, the first being the demo which I recorded last Sunday (1/15).
The second song we cut was "The Fall", which was written all of 15 years ago (or more). I first recorded this with LemonLime, one of my former bands, in 1999 but those sessions never ended up seeing the light of day so we're going to include it on the Snap album.
Enjoy!

"Try To See It My Way" In Stores Now
While the track will always be available as a free download, you can help support the band by purchasing "Try To See It My Way" at the iTunes and Amazon MP3 music stores (or both....multiple times).
More to come in January...
